Description 
Heavy duty chassis ensures holding heavy material up to **0KGS and many years of durability. It can be equipped with Konica**2 or Konica***4 or Ricoh GEN5 printhead with built-in temperature sensor and heater, which ensures precise and fluent printing, and less need for cleaning, much UV ink saved every year.
 
Features of Indask F***0 UV Flatbed Printer

• Working table is aluminum alloy plate with hardware quality oxidation treatment, which is water proof, wear resistant, heat resistant and firmer.
• Working table adopts strong 4 sectional vacuum sucking system, thus printing material can be fixed tightly onto working table during printing, to prevent printing material moving from left to right, or from front to back, or up and down, directly to ensure printing quality.
• It is using international UV ink from Belgium, Japan, Spain, and UK.
• It is using ink valve and UV lamp from UK.
• It is using main filter and disk filter from UK.
• It is using printhead from Japan.
• It is using negative pressure pump from Germany.
• It is using guide rail from Taiwan.
• Each color has one ink tank, one ink sub-tank, one ink pump, one ink mian filter, one ink disk filter, and one printhead.
• It adopts separate negative pressure system for color ( C M Y K Lc Lm ) and white ( W ) and varnish ( V ), which ensures stable ink supply.
• Negative pressure is controlled automatically, negative pressure pump will run automatically as per negative meter value.
• Carriage is equipped with anti-crash device, in order to protect printhead.
• It allows you to print (color-white-color) and (white-white-color), to get 3D printing.
• There are two circulating systems to white ink, one is internal circulating system inside white ink tank, the other one is internal circulating system between white ink tank and white ink sub-tank, thus white ink printing quality is very good and white printhead is not easily blocked.
• It is using raster to locate precise position of X axis, in order to acquire optimum printing quality.
• It is using ball screws to precisely control movement of Y axis, and screw pitch is exactly 5mm.
• It is using servo driver and servo motor to respectively precisely control carriage to move in X axis and Y axis, in order to ensure printing quality.
• UV lamp system is controlled by electricity without any noise.
• It is using separate circuit board with relay to control ink pump, thus to protect mother board.
• It is using automatic media sensor for Z axis, once the media sensor touches the printing carriage will stop immediately, then keep suitable distance between printing material and printhead nozzle.
• It has bi-direction printing function on X axis, and carriage can move forward or backward on Y axis, which makes it easy to switch between white overlay and white underlay, and improves printing efficiency.

• It is required to keep machine working room clean without dust.
• It is required to equip air conditioner and humidifier for machine working room, to keep temperature between *0 oC and *8 oC, moisture between *0% and *0%. 
• It is required every day to check the  power of machine, to ensure stable single phase AC **0V power.
• It is required to use cleaning flush to clean printhead nozzles every day, in order to keep printhead in good condition.
